Become a Certified TRE™ Provider
TRE™ is a body-led series of simple, powerful exercises to release stress, tension and trauma and build resilience. It safely activates the body's natural reflex of shaking or vibrating, which helps calm the nervous system and release muscular tension — allowing the body to naturally return to a balanced state.
The Global TRE™ Provider Certification program allows certificate holders to offer TRE™ to the general public in both individual and group settings. The 2027 cohort is boosted by Internal Alchemy — Modules 2 and 3 each include an introductory Internal Alchemy workshop.
Only one cohort per year in Singapore — dates for 2027 are confirmed below.
The 2027 Modules
Three modules — each a 2-day workshop plus online sessions — take you from personal practice to Certified Global TRE™ Provider.
For your personal use — can be purchased alone. Includes the 2-day workshop and 4 online TRE™ sessions: 2 personal one-to-one sessions led by a different TRE™ trainer, and 2 sessions experienced in a group setting.
Open after completing Module 1. Includes the 2-day workshop and 5 supervisions. 4 supervisions are individual and personal, facilitated by a different trainer; 1 supervision is in a group.
A one-day From Shaking to Shaping session in Singapore, following Module 2.
A one-day introductory Internal Alchemy workshop focused on leading one-to-one work.
Open after completing Module 2. Includes the 2-day TRE™ workshop and 5 supervisions. 4 supervisions are individual and personal, facilitated by a different trainer; 1 supervision is in a group.
A one-day introductory Internal Alchemy workshop focused on working with groups.
On completing all three modules you receive your Global TRE™ Provider certificate — qualified to offer TRE™ to the public in individual and group settings.
