We strive to make our services as accessible as possible. We offer online and in-person options to reduce geographical barriers, provide flexible scheduling where feasible, and are open to discussions about adjusted pricing for individuals or organisations facing financial constraints. We are committed to designing programmes that are culturally sensitive and do not privilege one cultural framework over another.

5. Inclusive Partnerships and Referrals

We apply the same inclusivity standards to our selection of partners, associate coaches, and referral networks. We actively seek to work with professionals from diverse backgrounds and to expand our network beyond the dominant cultural and geographical narratives in our field. We believe that a diverse ecosystem of practice produces better outcomes for everyone.

Inclusion is a practice, not a destination. We are committed to:
