TRE™ in a Coaching Context
From Shaking to Shaping is a live online session exploring the use of TRE™ — Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises — in a coaching context. TRE™ activates the body's natural neurogenic tremoring response, releasing stored stress and tension so the nervous system can return to a balanced state.
Co-led by two certified TRE® practitioners, the session looks at how coaches can bring body-based awareness into their client work — from embodied self-care and presence to recognising when and how somatic tools support a coaching conversation.
The session is a collaboration between Neurogenic Integration, BHD Asia and HummingBeing. Registration is handled by Neurogenic Integration.
