Part of the BHD Asia team, Rina Ho is an executive coach, leadership development professional and TRE® practitioner with more than 25 years of experience across Sony, Reebok and adidas. She brings a commercially grounded, warm and appropriately challenging style — helping clients deepen self-awareness, strengthen regulation and create meaningful shifts that support both leadership effectiveness and sustainable performance.

Her career spans business strategy, marketing, product creation, merchandising and retail operations across Asia Pacific and Greater China. As Vice President at adidas, she led the company's largest business unit in the region — accountable for go-to-market strategy and execution that drove market share, revenue, retail profit and brand equity across omnichannel.

Adept at navigating complex, multicultural matrix organisations, Rina coaches senior leaders to broaden perspective, build trust and make practical shifts that strengthen both leadership effectiveness and business outcomes. As a TRE® practitioner, she also supports clients in developing greater body awareness, self-regulation and resilience — a practical, somatic approach to stress management and sustainable leadership.

Beyond Coaching

Rina co-authored The Purple Book of Coaching, a collection of practices for living and leading meaningfully. Working fluently in English and Mandarin, she has coached leaders across consumer goods, automotive, oil and gas, electronics and pharmaceuticals. Originally from Singapore and now based there, she has also lived in Hong Kong and Shanghai, and finds joy in cycling, hiking, travelling and following her curiosity into new adventures.
