Who leads BHD Asia?
Isabelle Claus Teixeira, Co-Founder and Director. She has 30+ years of senior HR experience, has been a certified leadership coach since 2012 with 1,800+ coaching hours, and is a Global TRE™ Certifying Trainer. She works with an organisational psychologist, a somatic practitioner and an executive coach.
What is TRE™?
TRE™ (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a set of simple exercises that activate the body’s natural tremoring to release stress and tension, without detailed discussion. BHD Asia uses TRE™ in its resilience programmes and runs TRE™ workshops and the Global TRE™ Provider Certification.
How much does executive coaching cost?
Our Corporate Coaching Package starts from SGD 6,000 for eight one-on-one sessions, including an initial diagnostic and a follow-up review. Other programmes are priced to the engagement after a free discovery call.
Do you work outside Singapore?
Yes. BHD Asia has delivered programmes across Europe, the US, Asia, Japan and the Middle East, in person and online, adapting language and format to each team’s location and culture.
Which languages do you coach in?
Isabelle coaches in English, French and Spanish, and partners with trusted coaches to meet other language needs.
