Business and Human Development Consulting Pte Ltd ("BHD Asia", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (PDPA). This Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you engage with our services, visit our website, or attend our events and programmes.

1. Personal Data We Collect

• Financial information: billing details for the purpose of processing payments for services and events (we do not store full payment card details)

• Website usage data: cookies, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited (collected via Google Analytics)

2. Purposes of Collection and Use

We collect and use your personal data for the following purposes:

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except in the following circumstances:

• To trusted service providers who assist in our business operations under strict confidentiality obligations. On this website these are: Google (Google Workspace, which stores the enquiries and registrations you send us, and Google Analytics), Calendly (when you book a call), Stripe and PayPal (when you pay for a ticket; we never see your full card details), FormSubmit (which emails us a copy of a form you send) and WhatsApp (only if you choose to message us there)
• To our associate coaches and facilitators, where necessary to deliver the services you have engaged
• To regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies where required by law
• In the event of a business merger, acquisition, or restructuring, where personal data may be transferred to the successor entity

4A. Marketing Communications and Sharing with Partners

Every form on our websites that collects your email address or other personal data (event registration, ticket purchase, enquiries, newsletter) shows two separate consent boxes. Neither box is ticked in advance and both are optional: you can register for an event or buy a ticket without ticking them. The one exception is the newsletter sign-up, where the marketing box is required, because receiving the newsletter is the purpose of that form. Event registration forms ask separately for your consent to process your details for that registration; that box is required.

• Marketing communications: with your consent, Business & Human Development Consulting Pte Ltd sends you newsletters, promotional offers and direct marketing communications by email and SMS.
• Sharing with partners: with your consent, we may share your email address and phone number with our trusted partners, associates and joint venture (JV) partners so they may send you marketing communications directly. We share only these contact details, never payment information.

Partner categories. The partners we may share your contact details with fall into these categories:

• Co-organisers and co-hosts of our events, workshops and trainings (in Singapore and abroad)
• Guest facilitators, trainers and associate coaches who lead or co-lead our programmes
• Joint venture (JV) partners in coaching, wellbeing, somatic practice and leadership-development programmes

Withdrawing your consent. You can withdraw your consent or unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email or by contacting us at bonjour@bhd-no-spamasia.com. We record the date and time of your consent with your submission so that we can honour your choices.

5. Data Accuracy

We take reasonable steps to ensure the personal data we hold is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide us. Please contact us promptly if your personal data changes or if you believe we hold inaccurate information about you.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable laws and regulations. When personal data is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or anonymise it securely.

7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include secure data storage, access controls, and confidentiality agreements with staff and associates. However, no transmission of data over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to our website.

8. Cookies

Our website uses Google Analytics cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked. They do not identify you by name, and Google keeps them for up to two years. The site also keeps a few small settings in your browser (for example, whether the welcome animation has already played); these never leave your device. Our chat assistant answers from information on this website and does not send your messages to us or anyone else.

By using our website, you consent to our use of cookies. You may block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on; the website will continue to work.

9. Access and Correction

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate personal data
• Withdraw consent to the use of your personal data for specific purposes

10. Cross-Border Transfers

Where it is necessary to transfer your personal data outside Singapore (for example, to associate coaches based in other countries, or when the service providers named in section 4 store data on their servers abroad), we will ensure that such transfers comply with the PDPA and that appropriate protections are in place.

We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the updated statement on our website with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this statement periodically.
