About the Workshop

Discover TRE™ in Person

This is an Introduction to TRE™ for the general public — a 2-hour workshop. Please note this in-person workshop does not include TRE™ personal sessions.

TRE™ (Tension, Stress & Trauma Releasing Exercises), developed by Dr. David Berceli, activates the body's natural neurogenic tremoring mechanism — a reflex that releases stored stress and trauma, builds resilience and promotes deep regulation.

In this workshop you will discover what TRE™ is and how it can be beneficial for you as a body-based practice. Should you want to go deeper, you can then continue your training with TRE™ Module 1, Module 2 and Module 3 to become a Certified Global TRE™ Provider — accredited to offer TRE™ to individuals and groups.
