Internal Alchemy — Introductory Workshop
Experience an integrated system combining breathwork, fascial release, grounding and tremor work — restoring the nervous system at the level where tension actually lives. Led by Simba Stenqvist, creator of Internal Alchemy.
What Is Internal Alchemy?
Internal Alchemy is an integrated system combining breathwork, fascial release, grounding and tremor work — restoring the nervous system at the level where tension actually lives.
This work brings more than twenty-five years of hands-on practice in bodywork, nervous system regulation and energetic healing into one integrated system, developed in close collaboration with Dr. David Berceli, founder of TRE™.
This is the first time Internal Alchemy is being offered in Singapore — a 2-hour evening introduction hosted at Nilayam Ashtanga Studio, brought to you by BHD Asia and HummingBeing.
In this session you will experience:
- Breathwork to regulate and energise
- Fascial release to unwind stored tension
- Grounding practices for nervous system safety
- Tremor work — the body's natural release reflex
