What Is From Shaking to Shaping?
TRE™ (Tension, Stress & Trauma Releasing Exercises) activates the body's natural tremoring response — a neurogenic mechanism that discharges accumulated stress, tension and trauma from the nervous system.
In this workshop you will explore how to use TRE™ within your coaching practice — not just as a self-care tool, but as a somatic method that helps clients move from a state of activation to regulated presence, from trembling uncertainty to purposeful, embodied action.
You will explore:
- The neuroscience behind neurogenic tremoring and nervous system regulation
- How to integrate TRE™ into 1-on-1 and group coaching contexts
- Somatic self-care practices to prevent compassion fatigue and burnout
- Embodied presence and body-led listening skills as a coach
- A full TRE™ session experience guided by a Global TRE™ Certifying Trainer
