Experiencing deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra. An experiential online workshop for anybody interested to know more about Yoga Nidra — no previous Yoga Nidra experience is required. Led by Olga Titkova.
Our increasingly busy and digitally connected lives expose us to constant stimulation and persistent demands on our attention. These conditions can contribute to accumulated physical and mental tension, making it difficult to experience genuine rest.
This experiential workshop introduces Yoga Nidra, a practice rooted in the Tantric yoga tradition that invites deep relaxation while cultivating awareness.
Beginning with gentle movement to prepare the body, participants will be guided through conscious breathing and systematic relaxation toward a state of deep rest, where the body relaxes, the mind becomes quiet, and awareness may remain present.
The practice will be followed by personal reflection and group discussion, allowing participants to share their experiences and insights.
No previous Yoga Nidra experience is required.
