Isabelle is bringing 20 years of international HR, Leadership Development and Organizational Development experience as well as her award-winning solutions in the field of executive transitions to her clients. She navigated successfully cross-cultural challenges and developed cultural agility between western, Asian and Japan cultures. She has also worked in 5 different industries that brings her a broad understanding of corporate realities and dynamics. In her last corporate role as a Head of Talent Management & OD for a major pharmaceutical company, she was responsible for 20 countries across the Asia Pacific Russia and Japan. Her coaching and professional approach is inspired by the philosophy of kintsugi, that makes no attempt to hide the damage in an object, but rather illuminates it by repairing it with gold as cracks and repairs are simply an event in the life and makes the broken object more beautiful. Isabelle is known for her transparent and collaborative way of working, focusing as much on business outcomes than on the human beings behind the job titles. Her strengths are in individual and team coaching intervention, and Talent Management & OD consulting as well as HR capabilities building. Isabelle and her husband Rouviere have lived to date in 8 countries and work with responsibilities across Europe, US, Asia, Russia and Japan.
