BHD Asia leverages language, cultural, generational and professional diversity as well as the unique experiences of the personal journeys
Established by Isabelle Claus Teixeira and Rouviere Teixeira in Singapore in 2012 and in Kyoto in 2016, Business and Human Development operates across Asia, Russia and in Japan.
Business and Human Development Pte Ltd and Japan KK are boutique HR/OD consulting and Executive Coaching and Language consulting and teaching companies. We work in close collaboration with our clients and offer tailored-made co-designed solutions, and not “off the shelf” training programs.

Isabelle is bringing 20 years of international HR, Leadership Development and Organizational Development experience as well as her award-winning solutions in the field of executive transitions to her clients. She navigated successfully cross-cultural challenges and developed cultural agility between western, Asian and Japan cultures. She has also worked in 5 different industries that brings her a broad understanding of corporate realities and dynamics.
